Leaders from Global Education at Harvard Medical School visited the hospital

The deputy director of Global Education at Harvard Medical School professor Ajay K. Singh, the executive director professor Robin Wheatly and their team came to our hospital to visit and exchange ideas. The president of our hospital Sun Kun, the vice-president Wu Yeming, the head of science and technology department Tao Yexuan and responsible persons of relevant functional departments had nice and friendly talks with the guests. The deputy director of Shanghai Hospital Development Center Medical Business Department Zheng Peiyong came along and guided the works of our hospital.

The Global Clinical Scholars Research Training Program (GCSRT), held by Harvard Medical School, which is among the top medical schools, aimed at providing advanced trainings on methodology for global clinical doctors and researchers. After rounds of selections by both the hospital and Harvard Medical School, 21 students were affirmed to take part in the training. The first batch of our hospital’s students attended the workshop held in Harvard Center Shanghai by professor Ajay K.Singh and professor Robin Wheatly.
