The delegation of Massachusetts General Hospital(MGH) consisting of six members including Gino Chisari-the director of the nursing department and Steven Taranto-the director of the human resource department, along with the delegation of Shanghai Jia Hui International Hospital paid a visit to our hospital, given reception by President Sun Kun and vice President Li Jinsong, and the heads of relevant departments of our hospital. President Sun showed welcome to our guests, hoping to enhance mutual understanding and cooperation in the aspect of clinical nursing. The two sides discussed deeply and exchanged ideas in the management of human resources, quality, and performance regarding clinical nursing.
