（一）   学科或亚专业带头人：

Discipline or Subspecialty Leaders who

1.长期从事医、教、研工作，有突出贡献，具有丰富的临床经验；

have long been engaged in medical, education, research work with outstanding contributions, and rich clinical experience;

2.年龄小于50岁，具有博士学位、正高级职称、海外培训经历；

are less than 50 years old with PhD, senior professional title and overseas training background;

3.   承担国家级重点或重要科研项目的人才优先考虑。

Are talented people who have assumed the national key or important scientific research project and will be given the highest priority of the hospital.

（二）   学科或亚专业骨干：

      Discipline or Subspecialty Backbone Professionals who

1.有三级甲等医院工作经历，具有较强的临床技能；

have work experience in a class A Grade Three hospital with remarkable clinical skills;

2.    年龄小于45岁，具有博士学位，中级及以上职称；

are less than 45 years old with PhD and intermediate( or above) professional titles.

3.    承担国家级科研项目的人才优先诚聘。

Are talented people who have assumed the national key scientific research projects and will be given the highest priority of the hospital.
